The birthplace of coffee

A story that begins in Yirgacheffe.

In the highlands of Ethiopia, coffee isn't a commodity — it's ceremony. Beans are hand-picked, roasted over an open flame, and poured from a jebena into small cups shared slowly among friends.

We import our Yirgacheffe green beans directly from those hills: floral aroma, bright citrus notes, a whisper-smooth finish.Every pour-over on our bar is a small tribute to the family farms who make it possible.
